I don't know how new this website is, but i just found out about it. It's Beta but it contains all sorts of artworks, and it provides all the information necessary. A very useful website.

Versace for H&M

Bu parçalar için, özellikle en üstteki deri elbise için Çarşamba günü İstanbul'a gidip mağaza önünde sabahlamayı düşünüyorum.

I am considering going to Istanbul on Wednesday and camping out in front of the store for these pieces, especially the leather dress in the first picture.

Burberry Beijing

Biraz eski ama çok iyi. Burberry Beijing, Burberry'nin "İngiliz havasını. modasını ve müziğini kutlamak" için oluşturduğu bir gösteri. Gösteride Keane'de sahne almış. 3d animasyonlar, projeksiyonlar ve hologramlar kullanılmış. Klasik moda gösterileri gibi ortada bir podyum bile yok. İzleyici ortada ve gösteri  onların etrafında gerçekleştiriliyor.




A bit old but really cool. Burberry Beijing is a show Burberry did to celebrate "British weather, fashion and music". Keane was a performer for the show. 3d animations, projections and holorgrams were used. Clearly, it isn't like a classic fashion show with a runway at all, it's vice versa with the audience in the middle and the show is happening all around them.

Mourning

Kedim Leia ve bebekleri. Malesef üçüde öldü. Leia çok üzgün. Anne iç güdülerini hala barındırdığı için süt anne olmasını istiyorum, ve annelerini kaybetmiş, anne sütüne muhtaç yavrular arıyorum. Yardımcı olursanız çok sevinirim.


This is my cat Leia and her babies. Unfortunately all three died. Leia is very sad at the moment. She still has her motherly instincts, therefore i want her to take care of other babies who have lost their moms and are in need of breast milk.

Mulberry Ad Campaign

Bu Tim Walker'ın çektiği Mulberry 2011 Sonbahar koleksiyonu kampanyası. Bence koleksiyonun fikri çok başarılı bir şekilde görselleştirilmiş (ilham kaynağı Roald Dahl'ın Yaman Tilki kitabı). Eski bir İngiliz malikanesinde çekilen bu kampanyada, herşey tipik İngiliz (tilkiler, kuşlar, kırlar, mobilyalar, vs.) fakat aynı zamanda proporsiyonlar çok sürreal ve doğaüstü. Bence bu aynı zamanda koleksiyonunda amacı. Parçaların çoğunluğu tipik İngiliz, ama hepsinde renkli ve eğlenceli detaylar ve parçalar var; ağır paltoların altındaki ipek elbiseleri, koyu ve ağır renklerin altından çıkan parlak renkler, atkıların proporsiyonları ve boyutları... Mulberry kızı imajını tutarken ekstra bi sofistikelik katılmış. İmajların bazılarında kıyafetler etrafındaki detayların arasında kaybolmuş gibi, ama geri kalanı çok iyi dengelenmiş.

This is the ad campaign for the Mulberry 2011 Fall Collection, taken by Tim Walker. The idea of the collection is very well visualized I think, being inspride by the novel Fantastic Mr. Fox, by Roald Dahl. Its shot in an old English manor, everything is very English (fox's, birds, the countryside, furniture, etc), yet proportions are obviously unearthly and dreamlike. I think that is what the collection is about too. Most pieces are very English, yet they all have a colorful and fun twist; the silk dresses under heavy coats, the bright colors that burst through heavy colors, the sizes of the scarfs... They keep the Mulberry girl look, but they also have a sort of sophistication to them. Some of the outfits get lost in the complication of its surroundings, but others are balanced out very well.

The Givenchy 2011 Fall collection is great as a whole, but these two pieces, especially the second one should be mine!! :)

Bu video gerçekten inanılmaz. Şarkı karanlık ve çok başarılı, ve prodüksiyon müthiş! Her ne kadar yalın olsada, doğru miktarda efekt ve ağır çekimle resmen verdiği duygular insanın içine işliyor. Çok ilham verici..


This video is really amazing. The song is dark and so good, and the production is awesome! Even though its simple, the right amount of effect and slow motion gives a feeling that really leaves an impression. Its very inspiring.

Bu kapaklara bakmak çok zevkli, insanı içine çekiyor. Okadar çok detay var ki: farklı tarzlar, dokular, vs. aynı karede fakat bir bütün oluşturabiliyor. Bu tip illüstrasyon ve fotoğraf karışımlarını seviyorum, insana deney yapma olanağı tanıyor. 


These cover images are really fun to look at, it draws me in. There is so much going on, in terms of style, texture, etc., yet it is somehow unified. I love this type of mixture of illustration and photography; it is a good way to experiment. Photographs: David Sims.
